What happens if the MS Bahlul cannot reach the desired destination on an XXL day tour due to weather conditions?
Answer:
In this case we will do a normal full-day tour with 2 dives. The surcharge for the XXL day trip will not be charged or refunded in this case. However, if you make a dive at the planned wreck/reef, the supplement will be charged as normal.
Question:
Can I take part in this tour as an inexperienced diver?
Answer:
Unfortunately no. Due to the more challenging dive sites, our XXL day tours are only aimed at experienced divers.
Question:
I have a sensitive stomach. Is an XXL day tour suitable for me?
Answer:
As a rule, we only organise our XXL day trips in calm weather or when there is little wind. However, we also have a well-tolerated product in our office that we give out to our divers with sensitive stomachs.
Please note: We cannot guarantee in advance that your pre-booked XXL day tour can actually be carried out on site, as it always depends on the wind, weather and number of participants. If it is not possible to organise the tour during your stay with us, we will reimburse you for the costs. We will either offset these costs in consultation with you at the end of your holiday, refund them to you on site or transfer the amount to your bank account.

For all divers who are not staying directly at the Arabia, Arabella oder Bel Air Hotel, we offer a free pick-up service from your booked hotel or private accommodation. This service applies to all hotels and accommodation in the city area of Hurghada. Simply book via this link our free hotel pickup.
Of course, we will bring you back to your accommodation in the evening after your diving day. The return trips start at 5 pm from our diving center and are offered every 30 minutes until the diving center closes. For participants on special tours, such as our XXL day tour with earlier departure, we organise pick-up and return times to suit your schedule. With us, you'll have a relaxed start in your diving day!

Was passiert, wenn die MS Bahlul auf einer XXL Tagestour aufgrund von Wetterbedingungen das gewünschte Ziel nicht erreichen kann?
Antwort:
In diesem Fall machen wir eine ganz normale Ganztagestour mit 2 Tauchgängen. Der Zuschlag für die XXL Tagestour wird in diesem Fall nicht berechnet oder zurückerstattet. Macht man allerdings einen Tauchgang am geplanten Wrack/Riff, wird der Zuschlag normal berechnet.

Kann ich auch als unerfahrene(r) Taucher(in) an dieser Tour teilnehmen?
Antwort:
Leider nein. Unsere XXL Tagestouren richten sich aufgrund der anspruchsvolleren Tauchplätze ausschließlich an erfahrene Taucherinnen und Taucher.

Ich habe einen empfindlichen Magen. Ist eine XXL Tagestour überhaupt etwas für mich?
Antwort:
In der Regel führen wir unsere XXL Tagestoren nur bei windstillem Wetter bzw. wenig Wind durch. In unserem Office haben wir aber auch ein gut verträgliches Mittel, das wir an unsere Taucherinnen und Taucher mit empfindlichen Magen ausgeben.
Bitte beachte: Wir können dir vorab nicht garantieren, dass deine vorgebuchte XXL Tagestour dann auch wirklich vor Ort durchgeführt werden kann, denn die Durchführung ist immer abhängig von Wind, Wetter und Teilnehmeranzahl. Sollte eine Durchführung während deines Aufenthaltes bei uns nicht möglich sein, erstatten wir dir natürlich die Kosten dafür. Entweder verrechnen wir diese dann in Absprache mit dir am Ende deines Urlaubes, erstatten sie dir vor Ort oder überweisen dir den Betrag auf dein Bankkonto.
