It’s a standard DIN connection! If you’re using an INT system, no worries – we’ve got plenty of adapters available on the base to make it super easy for you. That way, you can focus entirely on your dive and not on the connections. ????????

For diving in the Red Sea, there are certain requirements you need to be aware of:

• Medical Certificate: The certificate must be no older than 2 years if you’re under 40 years old. For individuals over 40 years, the certificate is only valid for 1 year.

• Diving Accident Insurance: A valid diving accident insurance (e.g., DAN or AquaMed) is required.

• Special Rule for those over 60 years: If you’re over 60, a diving-specific medical certificate is required. This can also be obtained locally if necessary.

Any current health changes may require a short-term medical examination. Make sure you have all the necessary documents to ensure a stress-free diving holiday! ????????

For parents who both dive and are traveling with a young child, we offer the option to share a dive package. Here are two flexible solutions:

1. Take turns diving: Both parents join the dive trip and split the dive day. Each parent does one dive, taking turns to care for the child.

2. Switching days: One parent stays on land with the child while the other dives. The next day, they swap roles, ensuring both parents get their underwater adventure.

This way, parents can enjoy their diving holiday together, even with little ones in tow—no need for anyone to miss out on the fun! ????????????

Sure, no problem! You can easily book your dive package on-site in Hurghada. And no worries – you can pay stress-free at check-in, in euros and hassle-free before your first dive. If you prefer, you can also transfer the amount to us in real time from your bank account. It’s that simple to start your diving adventure!

Sometimes things don’t go as planned: Whether it’s an ear infection, stomach issues, or other little ailments – we understand that these things can happen. In the case of more serious conditions that make diving completely impossible, we’re of course here for you! Together, we’ll find a solution in a personal conversation on site. Please note: Our mini safaris have a special policy – unfortunately, unused dives during the mini safari cannot be refunded. So don’t worry – we’re by your side to help you make the most of your diving holiday, no matter what!✨

In most cases, we’ll cancel the package and use your payment as a deposit for future services. Important Note: For our mini safaris, special rules apply: Missed dives during a mini safari cannot be refunded. So, no need to stress – we’re here to make sure you still get the best possible experience, no matter what! ????✨
